What is your refund policy?+
Physical books and workbooks are printed to order, so they are final sale and yours to keep. Refunds cover the digital portion of your bundle, within 30 days of purchase. Digital bundle: full refund. Hero bundle: $27 refund for the digital portion, and you keep the softcover book. Identity bundle: $40 refund, which covers the $27 digital portion and the two bonus digital courses, and you keep the hardcover book and the spiral workbook. If a physical copy arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 14 days for a free replacement.
Does it help if my co-parent and I don't get along?+
Yes. You may not get peace with them, but you can build peace around your child — clean handoffs, adult conversations kept between adults, and a child who is never the messenger. Chapters 13–15 are written for exactly that.
Is this a replacement for therapy?+
