Do I have to read it in order?+
No. Some fathers read it straight through. Others open the table of contents, find the chapter that sounds closest to the week they are living in, and start there. Both are right. There is no correct order for grieving your child.
Do I need the book to use the workbook?+
The workbook follows the book chapter by chapter — the Reflection questions and the “Today, Only Do This” steps become space you can actually write in. No. Spence’s son Maverick died one day shy of six weeks old, but this book is written for any father whose child has died — at any age, whether it happened last month or many years ago.

What is your refund policy?+
Physical books and workbooks are printed to order, so they are final sale and yours to keep. Refunds cover the digital portion of your bundle, within 30 days of purchase. Digital bundle: full refund. Hero bundle: $27 refund for the digital portion, and you keep the softcover book. Identity bundle: $40 refund, which covers the $27 digital portion and the two bonus digital courses, and you keep the hardcover book and the spiral workbook.
